Without a question, Josh Hader is the most well-known name associated with the Phillies. An frightening presence on the mound characterizes Hader, a three-time All-Star and one-time NL Reliever of the Year. 

He's one of the most feared closers in the game thanks to his lethal fastball and formidable slider. Despite inconsistent play throughout his 2023 season, which included a stay on the injured list, his talent is still apparent.

By adding Hader, the Phillies would have a legitimate shutdown option, which would free up manager Rob Thomson to use his other relievers more cleverly.
